pBROWNVILLE — Jefferson County sheriff’s deputies charged Matthew J. Greenizen, 32, Clayton, with aggravated driving while intoxicated at 9:07 p.m. Monday at County Route 54 and Witt Road. /ppHis blood alcohol content was not reported. /ppUnder state law, a BAC of 0.08 percent or higher constitutes intoxication, while a BAC of 0.18 percent is the threshold for the more serious aggravated DWI charge./ppMr. Greenizen is to appear in Town Court on June 27./p
